Therapeutic Dog Services is a not-for-profit, Australian registered charity providing animal assisted intervention experiences for city people.Therapeutic Dog Services Committee of Management provides strategic direction and oversees its management on a voluntary basis.
A Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing all corporate governance matters, providing the organisation with strategic leadership and direction, leads a senior management team responsible for the major financial and administrative decisions and is the principle decision making body.
Highest-ranking executive in the company, primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of the company, and acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations.
In addition to presiding over board and executive committee meetings, has a variety of responsibilities. Works with the founder/director, board, staff and community to further the organisation’s mission.
